With 25 years in the valley and 8 years as a personal trainer, she focuses on DNA-based training, resistance training, and TRE. Passionate about holistic wellness, Lyndsey helps clients transform their lives through personalized fitness and trauma release techniques.

Originally from the Midwest (Wisconsin/Chicago), Lyndsey Harder has called the valley home for the past 25 years. She has been married to her husband Chris for 13 years and is a proud mother of three daughters, ranging from 23 to 7 years old. Together, they enjoy an active lifestyle that includes biking, hiking, and golf.

Lyndsey’s professional journey began in Real Estate, but her passion for health and fitness led her to become an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. With 8 years of experience in personal training, she has developed a specialized focus on DNA-based training and resistance training, tailoring programs to meet the unique genetic makeup and needs of her clients.

Her path took a transformative turn when a family member experienced a traumatic event. Noticing how movement in nature provided relief, Lyndsey discovered Trauma Release Exercises (TRE). Despite initial skepticism, the profound impact of TRE convinced her to integrate it into her practice. As a TRE Certified Trainer, Lyndsey is dedicated to helping others release deep-seated stress and trauma, empowering them to achieve greater peace and resilience.
